Helping our club thrive
Our volunteer committee works alongside coaches, team managers, officials and helpers to keep the club safe, supportive and sustainable for current and future swimmers.
The committee oversees finances and budgeting, membership administration, safeguarding and welfare, communication with swimmers and parents, competition planning, fundraising and sponsorship, and long-term club development.
Club policies, governance and Swim England affiliation requirements are also part of its responsibilities.

Voting is open to club members aged 18+ in accordance with the club constitution. Committee positions are elected at the AGM; please express your interest in standing in advance.
