Our accessibility commitment

Paignton Swimming Club wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim for clear language, strong colour contrast, keyboard access, visible focus states, meaningful headings and layouts that work across different screen sizes.

Using this website

You should be able to:

  • zoom in without losing essential content or controls;
  • navigate the main website using a keyboard;
  • use the skip link to move directly to the main content;
  • understand links and headings without relying on colour alone; and
  • reduce animation using your device or browser preference.

Known limitations

Some historical PDF result documents were created many years ago and may not work well with screen readers or text enlargement. Optional content supplied by Teamup and Facebook is controlled by those services and may have different accessibility limitations.

If you need club information or a historical document in another format, contact the Club Secretary and we will make a reasonable effort to help.

Feedback and help

If you find an accessibility problem, cannot access something or need information in a different format, emailsecretary@paigntonswimmingclub.org.uk. Please tell us which page or document you were using and what help you need.

The site has been designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA in mind, but it has not yet had a formal independent accessibility audit. We will review and improve this statement as testing and feedback identify changes.
