Open Swim ManagerGalas and open meets
Read the meet information in advance, respond to invitations through Swim Manager and arrive by the stated time. Pack spare goggles, club kit, towels, a drink and familiar food. Swimmers should stay with their team and follow the team manager’s instructions.
Food and hydration needs are individual. Use familiar choices and seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional for medical, dietary or allergy concerns.
