Setup is not complete
The Coaches Area is ready in the website project, but its secure service settings still need to be added by an administrator.
Authorised coaches only
Sign in to continue
Use your individual club-issued coach account. Parents, swimmers and public visitors do not have access.
Sign-ins and key actions are logged for club administration. Read about coach activity logging.
Coach access required
This account is signed in but has not been approved for the Coaches Area. Ask the Head Coach or website administrator to check your role.
To help the club manage this area, sign-ins, section visits, document requests, uploads and discussion posts are logged for up to 90 days, with daily deletion of older entries. Only administrators can view this log. It does not record message contents, mouse movements or IP addresses.

Coaches Activity
Activity starts when logging is enabled. “No recorded activity” does not mean an account has never been used. Last active reflects recorded actions, not time spent online. Document requests do not confirm that a file was read or saved.

How to use the Coaches Area
This is a private workspace for authorised Paignton Swimming Club coaches. Use your own account and never share your password.
Use discussions
Start a clear topic for a squad, gala or coaching question, then keep related replies in that topic.
Find and upload documents
Filter the private library by category, then select Download. Every active coach can upload an approved file in the correct category. Do not forward private files outside the authorised coaching team.
Open resources
Use Links & calendar for club events, Swim England guidance and approved coaching resources.
Protect your account
Change a temporary password immediately. Use a unique password of at least 12 characters and sign out on shared devices.
Keep information appropriate
Do not post welfare concerns, medical details or highly sensitive personal information here. Use the club’s approved confidential route.
Review notifications
Use What’s new to see unread activity. You can turn email alerts on or off there without affecting your Coaches Area access.

Contact the club website administrator if your account is locked, your role is incorrect or private content needs urgent removal.
