How to use the Coaches Area
This is a private workspace for authorised Paignton Swimming Club coaches. Use your own account and never share your password.
Use discussions
Start a clear topic for a squad, gala or coaching question, then keep related replies in that topic.
Find documents
Filter the private library by category, then select Download. Do not forward private files outside the authorised coaching team.
Open resources
Use Links & calendar for club events, Swim England guidance and approved coaching resources.
Protect your account
Change a temporary password immediately. Use a unique password of at least 12 characters and sign out on shared devices.
Keep information appropriate
Do not post welfare concerns, medical details or highly sensitive personal information here. Use the club’s approved confidential route.
Need help?
Contact the club website administrator if your account is locked, your role is incorrect or private content needs urgent removal.
